Calling all landlords with marijuana growing clauses or similar clauses in their lease agreement.  What verbag do you use?  Thanks for reading.

Our clause is in our crime free addendum and reads as follows:

Shall not grow medically-approved or other marijuana in or around the premises; Limit supply for own medical purposes per RCW 69.51A.040; Not smoke/vaporize medical marijuana anywhere in or around the premises.
