Hard money & Mortgage Money down problems
The situation is:
- I need a Hard Money Loan or mortgage
- I Only Have $1,000 to put down.
- Im looking to buy an investment property from a wholesaler around $30k-50k if possible.
- Ideally i want the cash in hand so i can fix the property up if needed.
