Minimum room dimensions for a rental

Looking at a 2/1 condo and price is right but there is a fairly serious issue.

The room sizes are very small, seems like the size of a large walk in closet.  I didn't have a tape measure with me (I normally do, but that one time I didn't) and when I paced it I think it's like 10'X10', both rooms.

That seems too small, I am picturing a queen size bed being tight with one or two night stands.

Is there a minimum room size renters consider when selecting a rental?  I am thinking yes and this is probably a show stopper no matter how good a deal it is as it's not a fixable problem.

If you look at a room and you think it is too small for you to have a bed and a dresser in. Your potential tenants are going to think the same and it will be hard to rent out. I would move on to the next one if it was me.
