California lease agreement
Hello all!
I am new to the landlord world and am looking forward to learning as much as I can. I own a property in California and would appreciate any insight as to where to find a great lease agreement. I travel quite a bit so I can't really sit down with an attorney in my city. Has anyone had any experience with the California Apartment Association? Is it worth the subscription fee? Thanks!
