Starting PM company in Georgia

Hola! I'm hoping to reach out to individuals who can advise me on starting a PM company. I currently work for a PM company so I've had quite a bit of experience. Currently, I am unlicensed but I am in school to pursue my salespersons license and should be done with school within the next 1.5 months.

My question is since I'm inpatient (and excited), is there a way to start this company in the meantime without me being licensed? If I find a broker who is willing to start this company with me, would we technically be legal?

The company I currently work for is still a baby and my boss is thinking about shutting the doors. I currently perform ALL tasks (legal & illegal) and I've been running this business to my best abilities but I'm getting tired of being the workhorse and getting paid diddly squat while my boss does absolutely nothing. I could go on and on here, but the gist of this post is that I'm tired of doing activities that I should not being doing and I'm ready to venture out on my own.

Thank you in advance!
