Hello,

I am new to property management...sort of fell into it after selling a 3 flat to my client. BTW, I am also a real estate broker in Chicago, IL. Looking to make life easier than always running to collect the rent, when all 3 tenants are on a different schedule. Any suggestion?

A checking account is all you need.  They can deposit online or in the local branch.
