Curious, how are you handling "Service Pets"?

Occasionally we have applicants with service pets with a not from a physician. Wanted to hear what other management companies or landlords are doing. Thanks!

Bad advice in that snippet. Fair Housing requires that the service animal be treated as if it was NOT a pet IMO. @Marcia Maynard has some good advice to offer in this area ...
