RUBS systems
Has anyone here used a RUBS system in a bills paid building??
If so can you line out the process you went through beginning to end and how it worked for you please.
What company did you decide was best and how did you come to that conclusion???
I am thinking about looking into one of these services for a 4 unit I have, possibly a duplex and a triplex I own as well as an 11 unit i may purchase this year.
Any advice would be much appreciated and any input on how or if you reduced rents and by how much after implementing a RUBS system etc etc.
