first time landlord!
I'm looking to become a landlord in the near future. I've already looked into a duplex with tenants in place. any tips? what to do and what not to do for beginning landlords? I've talked to my realtor friend and she gave me some good advice but I'd also like to hear from a big forum page also! thanks!
