Front door lock choice

I am looking for a certain lock for the front door of the multi I have.

Currently it has something like this.

Where you have to turn around and manual use the key to lock it from the outside when you leave.

I have had a lock similar to the shape of this but would automatically lock when you closed the door behind you. I cant seem to find it anywhere. I am afraid people might get lazy and not manual lock it leaving the front door unlocked.
