Can I be evicted? I live in PA.

Just a question. I rent a room in my landlord's house. There is no lease, just a verbal agreement that I pay X amount of dollars per month to her. I have never been late on a payment, in fact I am always early. I work a steady job, and we hardly ever see each other. Now I am hearing through the grapevine that she wants to evict me because she wants her space back. I cannot have that happen. I am saving money to move to Arizona and I need at least 7 more months to have enough money saved up to move. If she does try to evict me, what can I do? Can I milk it for 7 more months? Will I have to leave immediately?

You are a tenant at will. Your landlord is well within her rights to evict you with 30 days written notice Effectively at the end of your 30 day lease term. Can you "milk it" for 7 months? You could try but I hope you have a good defense you can give the judge and hopefully you have enough money saved to cover your move and your court costs/back rent. Good luck @Derick Havener. Don't expect to get too much sympathy here on this site.
