how do i sublet an apartment?
Hi, I'm an 18 year old student and i have an studio apartment already furnished on my hands right now. The thing is i don't know how to rent it to other people ( preferably students) because 5 minutes away from my studio apartment, there is a college nearby. i bought all the furnitures in the apartment and the contract is in my name. Is it possible to rent it to others making my own contracts ( in case my property gets damaged). If so, how do i make up the prices? Thank u.
