Renting to Elderly / War Vets

Hi all... name is Jugo. Nice to meet you all.

I am moving forward to purchase my 1st home here in NC, and my strategy is to buy/hold/rent to Elderly and/or War Vets.

Can anyone help me with targeting this specific group? I'm focusing on this target group because of the gov't assistance they recieve. (i.e: monthly rent paid, vouchers, etc.)

Any and all help would be grand!!
