Employees

Does anyone have any employees working for them? I'm to the point where I need to bring someone on to help with the maintenance and some light rehab work.

I was wondering how you go about looking for employees and how you set things up as far as entities are concerned. Do you have an employee contract that you sign? When you get liability insurance, do you get it for the company or on the employee?
