Online managment companies
I'm looking to rent a property to college students. I have researched around the area for good management companies but most of them are slum lords. So I'm thinking of doing it myself but I need help.
Can anyone tell me online company that can create a lease, hold a deposit, and management payments? I saw PayLease.com and cozy.co but I'm not sure how good are these firms. Plus, I'm not sure how I can parents to co-sign online..
I am also trying to find 24 hours emergency companies to provide services in case I need them. If anyone has recommendation for Richmond, VA location, i would greatly appreciate it.
