Cash flow analysis
I was hoping to pick everybody's brains on how they complete their cash flow analysis. I'm trying to figure out all of the expenses but I want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything. Thanks for the feedback!

The very BEST book you can buy as an investor wanting to learn how to run the numbers is by Gallinelli. "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow". This is an awesome book, worth its weight in gold, and covers just about everything (if not everything) anyone needs to know to learn how to analyze RE from an investment perspective. There are LOTS of good books, and this one is a must have for every RE investor that wants to be a better informed more savvy investor.
