Deciding if the Partnership is for you.
So I have a friend who wants to go in with me on my first deal. Its a rental property in Baltimore Md. He is going through some personal issues and wonders if his divorce will affect his partnership with me if we are in an LLC. What are the cons of partnering with people who has issues prior to the partnership? Would you partner up?
