How to handle tenant issues
Hey Bigger Pockets community,
I was wondering if anyone has a form that they use (with great success) for handling tenant complaints and/or potential repairs? I have 3 properties, but one of them is an old (110 years) 6 unit apartment that consistently needs something. Right now I field texts and e-mails for the issues, but I was looking for some form that the tenant could fill out and e-mail to me and I could in turn pass it along to the right service professional. I feel like this would help me keep a better record, keep the service professionals accountable and maybe cut down on the number of not-so-important issues I receive on a monthly basis.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
