I need license advice, quick!!

for the time being have a RE agent on payroll. That's all you should need if you do. Very few hours. Short story, but I ran into this in Louisiana, you can't have a florist (anything to do with the arangeing of flowers or sales) without having a "licensed" florist. Sounds dumb b/c new "licensed" florist have to be voted in by the current ones. If you have too good of an idea, they can blatantly stonewall you. So to get around this and play the game you just hire on a licensed professional florist for 8 hours a week and you are good with the state. Same thing for your situation, they can't demand everyone that works at this website have a RE license, maintain status, and continue education. This is your loop hole if you need one. There are tons of out of work RE agents out there that would gladly take $100 a week; stay out of your hair and keep the gov't off your back.
