I am back. 

I thank all of you who have commented positively on my previous landlord series

I will be starting a thread on tiling

i am tackling 520 sq ft of tiling

that goes through multiple rooms. 

I will discuss layout strategies

pacing yourself

and tricks I picked up along the way

I am not long on time today but please expect the thread to be expanded 

over the next 7 days

I will add to it as I go further into the project.
