PA Divorce Sale - Tenants Rights?
I'm going through a divorce, and one of the assets is a home that we purchased together that is now rented out. It's located in PA, and the tenants just signed a new 1 year lease through June 2016. If we decide to sell the property, can we give the tenants appropriate notice or do we have to wait for the end of the lease term?
