Best way to inform tenants

Hi everyone, I haven't been on bp for a while writing anything because I've been still reading, listening to podcasts/webinars as well as trying to learn as much as I can. I've finally purchased my first owner occupied building which I'm very excited about however, it has definitely been an experience for me. I've found my first tenant however, I'm not sure as to how to go about doing a few things meaning putting everything in writing either on the same document or different documents. 1. How would I inform the tenant about contacting me besides just coming downstairs and knocking on my door. 2) How to inform them of the many different payment methods?
