I've been with them 3 years. It took a while to turnover all the tenants from the previous owner. I've been fully occupied with great tenants for the last year and half. There was one poorly placed tenant in the beginning and I ended up having to evict. Frank did tell me that the previous landlord hadn't been 100% on the tenant. Turnaround between tenants has been about 2 weeks (repairs, marketing, showings).
