Does anyone have any insight on the rental market in this small town not far from Hickory? We like the small town feel with a lot of stuff within walking distance. The added bonus is the Morganton Greenway.

Anyway, I'm looking to possibly invest in the area near the town center and I'm curious about residential rental rates for both apartments and homes.
