Experience with Rental Guarantor company Insurent.com?

Does anyone have experience with the rental gurantor company, insurent.com, as landlords? They apparently provide a lease guaranty to renters who don't meet specific credit or income requirements in the DC, NYC area, etc. Would love to hear about folks' experience with this, particularly those in VA.
