How to find old rental listing?
So, I am trying to locate a property owner's phone number because I want to call him and make an offer on his property. The subject property is not owner occupied and I don't want to disturb the tenants. I know that the owner rented the unit about 5 months ago (not on MLS) and if I could find an archived advertisement, that would provide the phone number. Any ideas?
