hello - I am looking for some multifamilies in the Pttisburgh area. Can you recommend a good buyers agent, property manager, and lawyer?  Many thanks!

Hi Phil,

I am a local investor and Realtor from Pittsburgh, it is very important when getting started to work with an agent who knows real estate investing. We should chat sometime.

I also have great connections to attorneys, CPA's and insurance professionals in the local area.

Pittsburgh is a solid buy and hold market with a relatively low buy in.

Thanks
