What Color Should I Paint this Quadplex?

I bought a beat up Quadplex last week and I am doing tons of work on it.

The exterior is a faded green paint. What color should I replace it with? 

I was thinking a creme with black shutters.

Look below and give me any suggestions? 

Superpaint or A100?

Satin or Flat?

Looks like a decent color already on there.. I would get it matched at SW and repaint it - 1 coat A100 in whatever sheen it's already painted (looks FLAT from the one photo). K.I.S.S.
