Rejecting Rent Without Late Fee Included Electronically.

If I accept rent by ach deposit or by some other electronic method, will I have the option to reject the payment if it didnt include the late fee? If not, I can see myself in a vulnerable position with the judge saying that i accepted the rent payment without the fee therefore I have to start the eviction process(if need be) all over again.

Thanks,

George

I have used Erentpayments.com for over 2 years and love it.  It allows many choices on what to except or not and auto late fee calculations $3 month per transaction emails you when payment submitted and late notice email to tenants.
