New Dishwasher recommendations
Which model would you recommend for a rental unit? I want something which is stainless steel so that it matches rest of the appliances. What is most durable? Do you guys put something with a filter at the bottom or with a food disposer?
We have to order something today or tomorrow. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Property: This is a B property located in an A- neighborhood. We completely gutted the kitchen 1 year ago and same tenant has been staying for last 2 years. Rents for $3k.
