Questions about my family's properties
My family owns 6 rental townhouses. Those townhouses give us a fairly good income and my parent told me that we don't have to pay any expenses - i.e. electricity, heating, water, etcs. Something under a tenant policy or something? Now, I believe everything my parents say but I don't see how this is possible?
We get $1,000 from each townhouses and also cover our expenses which are $600.
