Problems getting an Occupancy Inspection Scheduled
We have been having a problems getting an occupancy inspection scheduled in a small city outside of St. Louis.. The mayor is performing the inspections and at this time he won't schedule a date therefore I've been in limbo for 3 weeks. Anyone else have a problem like this? How should we deal with it? Is there an escalation path, maybe to the county that this city is a part of?
