Credit, Background Checks, Rental Agreement
I have a unit becoming available this month in San Pedro, CA and plan to hold an open house for prospective tenants. What do you use to run credit/background checks? Also, any advice on where to obtain a good rental agreement? Thanks!

@Ethan Edwards Bigger Pockets promotes a great service through Smart Move. You can find it under Resources: Tenant Screening. As a Pro member you will get a discount for your tenants. To use it you create an account and enter your property information. When a tenant is interested in filling out a application you will get their email and plug it in to your account. Smart move will send them an email to create an account, pay the application fee, and fill out the app. It will run a background check, credit check, and eviction check.
