Collecting rent after selling propert

So I sold my house and kept tenant in place on buyers request. Also I  did 1 month lease until we closed on Nov 2. The lease is for November but rent has not been paid yet also I don't own the property anymore. At closing the buyer was credited security and rent for 2nd- 30th of November.and now I have to get the money out of the tenants. I should have kept sercurity just in case they didn't pay but I didnt. My question is if nov. 30th comes and rent still not has been paid for nov. What should I do since I can't evict them cause I don't own the property.
