i live in nh , I am closing on a 3 family next week , 2 are empty and I have plans to redo them , one unit has 3 tenants in it that owe the previous owner 7000 $ in back rent , they were handed and eviction on 11/1/15 to be out by 12/3 ? Problem ? I don't know if they are going to leave ! Any suggestions ? I have several other rentals but have never dealt with this .thanks

Take the Eviction Judgment to the Sheriff's office and get the Writ Of Possession.  They will be dragged (if necessary) to the curb.
