Hello....So, my 10K 4 unit has just about broke me....long story short....rented all 4 units without getting city certified....Evicted the first tenant and the other seen it was a 2 month process so they decided they will stop paying, take the 2 months free rent it takes to be evicted, now I get a letter from the electric co that says their electric bill has an outstanding balance of $635 that will be transferred to my personal account. City has issued a Warrant for my arrest for housing code violation and has condemned the house..and the tenants tell the judge they want a trial..to get another 2 weeks....almost time for a base ball bat...
