paying rent

What are the steps when some one is late on paying rent

they have paid 200.00 the rent is 700.00

past due on the 10 th  there is a 25.00 late fee and 10.00 each week its not paid

should I file out a evection by the 20 th ?

@Danny Gilley if you used the standard NC lease form you are covered by 17(D) where partial payment does not prevent you from evicting the tenant.
