New Member - Rental Property Question
Just joined BP and I was hoping to get some help with single family rental property questions.
1. What maintenance, if any, is the tenant responsible for? I assume landscaping but what about changing out a/c filters or other maintenance? Am I responsible for all repairs including cosmetic repairs?
