Tennant screening question

I am currently screening an application and the Tennants are moving from a small city in one state over to a larger city for a new and better job. The second person on the application does not have a job here yet, but has a desirable healthcare certification and is transferring her license over to this state. They did a walk through, seem real nice and filled out the application. Everything looks good and was checking out - job history, new job, waiting on credit check. Well, except when we checked their references of their current landlord. They are breaking their current lease and moving out after 6 months. Would you rent to them if they are breaking their current lease?

Sounds like they are breaking their lease cause they are moving for work. Don't know that I would consider that to be a deal breaker, especially if you're dealing with licensed professionals. You go where the work is, and if that's the only issue the last landlord had with them, then no big deal, in my opinion.
