I have a small home in south Ga that I would like to lease with option to buy. Are there any "middle men" requirements to signing a lease in the state of Ga?
Or can it be just the owner and buyer?
I understand I may need an attorney when it sales, but before that point...What?
There aren't any requirements to use a "middle man" in Georgia. I've been licensed in Georgia since 1996 and have never seen a lease purchase close using a Georgia Association of Realtors contract(GAR forms) so I would suggest researching forums on Bigger Pockets to help you with the details of how to structure a lease purchase properly.
