Tenant non-payment NY
If I have to file a non payment case/eviction cases w/NY State court, for a month to month tenant, to collect two months worth of past due rent, should I do it myself or get an attorney?
The monthly rent is not extremely hight so I'm not sure how much an attorney would cost. This is for a duplex where I live in one unit and rent the other.
