Free online rent payments?

Question

Hello guys!

Is anybody aware of any websites that offer free rent payments online? If you are aware of any, would you recommend it or do you prefer it the old-fashioned way: checks?

I've also been using Cozy.  It's free and has been working good for me.  I switched to them after a couple claims from one tenant about the rent check getting lost in the mail (one time it probably legitimately was).  Anyway, now that they're set up with Cozy, there's nothing to get lost and no action is even required on my part or the tenant's.  The rent payment is just automatically deducted from their bank account each month and then transferred into mine.

My first two leases I used cozy but found www.Rentalutions.com and couldn't be happier. It's only free for the first rental, then $25 for I believe up to 5. They also help with state specific leases, maintenance reports, it shows them what day they have to submit payment for it to be in my account on the 1st. So it does hold their money for a few days but it's held on the tenants time not mine.

popmoney.com is free *IF* you can tolerate a 3 day hold from tenant PAY and the deposit to your account.

also provides email or txt message when the request was made, which I like.

I have been using Cozy and it is great besides the fact that you have to wait about 1 week for the check to clear into your account.  Not ideal in all situations.  I have also been using Intuit Payment Network.  This is great because you can set up payments and you get them on the first with no waiting.  You do pay $0.50 a transaction tho but I would rather pay .50 than wait a week for the check to clear.  Only problem with Intuit is that you cannot set up more than 3 bank account numbers which has become a problem for me since I have each house in a separate bank account.  I am now looking for a new way to collect
