Need Bakersfield property manager
I am looking for a diligent/ethical property manager who is willing to take on a problematic C- neighborhood triplex in East Bakersfield, CA. Am working with one now but am not happy and going to make a change. I'm grappling with how to keep long term good tenants and block the units from being broken into when vacant. I have one Section-8 and so far she is working out well. Thank-you!!
