BP calculator help (water usage/utility question)

Dear BPers,

I would like to get someones rough estimate of a triplex with landlord (me) paying for water.

Don't really like this idea but still want to crunch the numbers.

My example is triplex 3bed/1bath, 2bed/1bath, 1bed/1bath - 2 units with w/d hookups. I understand many people can live in each unit but lets say I restrict the numbers to 3-4, 2, 1 respectively. Any idea how much water people use on a given day?

BTW this is for WA state if that helps.
