Mortgage>rent payment
I'm looking to see if anyone has any tips on how to handle a mortgage that is greater than what rent comps are in the area? We have a house that we are unable to refi but the rent is roughly $200 less than the mortgage payment. Is there strategy anyone uses ok these types of situations?
