Property manager needed in Santa Fe, New Mexico
I have a work colleague attempting to manage or sell her fathers two bedroom two bath remotely.
Her father recently entered hospices care and she has become power of attorney.
Home currently has a tenant that is not paying and may or may not work with the family, thus the reason I'm posting here looking for an agent dealing with tenants.
