No Income Verification Investor Loans
Hey folks I'm looking for a no income verification investor loan product with a competitive interest rate. Together my wife and I own 8 single families in Lancaster California. Because the wife is no longer working I need a good portfolio lender who will underwrite our next houses based on the income potential of the house. Does anyone have any good referral contacts for a mortgage broker who accommodates this?
