Identifying unknown tenants in Bank-owned Multi-family

I'm buying a bank-owned 2 family property. It will be my problem to evict the existing occupants. The bank is not providing any info regarding the tenants/ possibly former owners. How to I properly identify them, so that I can give them valid notice to vacate?
