Flat Roof Insurance Issue in FLA
I am having an issue with single family investment home in Florida with Fire Insurance Premium being increased by 70 % because a small section of the living space is under a "flat roof". Most of the roof is post 2004 and I am told if I were owner occupied this would not be an issue.
