How do you handle snow removal for your multi-unit properties? Looking for a way to reduce tenant calls when the snow starts to fall.

We invest in an area with a ton of snow, so we pay a flat fee for snow removal each winter and the plow comes every time is snows with no need for action on our part or the tenants. Definitely worth not having to hassle with it ourselves.
